Always consult your GP before adding a new supplement if you are on medication or have a medical condition.

What does it taste like?

Nuvora Blend is available in Strawberry and Lemon flavours. Both flavours have a warm, pleasant herbal base with light fruit notes. Most customers enjoy it both hot and iced.

Using Nuvora Blend

How do I use it?

Hot tea method: Add 1 scoop (included) to your enclosed tea infuser. Pour 350ml boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, remove infuser, and enjoy.

Iced tea method: Steep as above in just 100ml of boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove infuser and top up with 250ml cold water and ice cubes.

How many cups per day?

Most customers use one or two cups per day: one in the morning before or with breakfast, and one in the evening. Either frequency provides benefit — twice daily is simply more consistent.

When will I start to see results?

Most customers report noticeable changes within 2–7 days — particularly reduced energy crashes, fewer cravings, and improved digestion. Sustained benefits for blood sugar and cholesterol typically become measurable at 4–8 weeks of daily use, which aligns with the timescales used in clinical studies on these ingredients.

Can I take it with my diabetes medication?

Many of our customers use Nuvora Blend alongside metformin and other diabetes medications. However, you should always speak to your GP before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are on blood sugar medication, as the combination may further lower your glucose levels and require monitoring.

Can I drink it if I'm not diabetic?

Absolutely. Nuvora Blend is not exclusively for people with diabetes. Many customers use it for general metabolic wellness, energy support, cholesterol management, or simply because they want to feel steadier throughout the day.

Is it safe to use long-term?

All ingredients in Nuvora Blend are food-grade botanicals with long histories of safe use. There is no evidence of harm from long-term use at the amounts in our blend. If you have any concerns, consult your GP.

Can I take it when pregnant or breastfeeding?

We do not recommend using Nuvora Blend during pregnancy. Some of the ingredients, particularly Fenugreek, have uterine-stimulating properties. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

How long does one pack last?

At 1 cup per day, one pack provides a 28-day supply. At 2 cups per day, it provides a 14-day supply.

How should I store it?

Store in the sealed canister provided, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not store in the fridge. Once opened, use within 3 months.

Are there any allergens?

Nuvora Blend contains no gluten, dairy, nuts, or soy. However, it is manufactured in a facility that may handle allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before purchasing.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50. Express shipping is available at checkout via FedEx for most areas and Royal Mail for more remote locations.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. Express delivery is usually next working day when ordered before 2pm.

Can I return my order?
