Absolute life saver (quite literally) + tastes so good. I enjoy the NEW strawberry flavour so much that I started to forget I use it to treat my high blood pressure (helped so much i came off them last month) but more importantly my wife keeps nicking it and drinking it just for the flavour and she says it’s helping with her bloat/digestion but what I’ve noticed is it’s making her skin glow so much, she looks even more incredible. I've been pre-diabetic for three years and my fasting glucose was creeping up to 7.4. Four weeks on Nuvora and my last reading was 6.1. My GP actually asked what I'd changed. The tea itself is lovely — I do the strawberry flavour cold over ice every morning. Can't recommend it enough.

I was sceptical — I've tried a lot of supplements. But my CGM readings have been noticeably steadier since I started this. The spikes after carb-heavy meals are smaller and shorter. Worth every penny.

I have type 2 and one of my biggest struggles is the urge to snack in the evenings. Since starting Nuvora, that's noticeably reduced. My dietitian thinks it might be the fenugreek stabilising my glucose overnight.

It took about 3 weeks before I noticed anything, but by week 4 I was definitely sleeping better and my morning glucose was lower. I think you need to be patient with this but it does work.
